Have you ever wondered what email signoff to use? Well, here they are in order of response effectiveness/engagement:-
- Thanks in advance
- Thanks
- Thank you
- Cheers
- Kind regards
- Regards
- Best regards
- Best
Just a tip that sometimes you should use your discretion and overrule what sign-off you use in relation to the email recipient. If for example, you are emailing a top manager in a large corporation then you should be more formal with a signoff like 'Kind Regards'. 'Cheers' is unlikely to cut it in this case.
