Three options nudge buyers towards the middle one. Anchor the premium tier high and make the core offer the obvious choice.

Price = total cost ÷ (1 − margin), then grossed up so payment fees come out of the margin rather than your profit. Discounts bite harder than they look: at a 40% target margin, a 10% discount removes a much larger share of the profit than of the price. Figures exclude VAT.
