Also worth a look
Google Workspace rarely goes on sale, so the only reliable way to pay less is a code issued through Google's own affiliate programme. We're an authorised Google Workspace affiliate, which means we can hand out unique, single-use codes that knock 15% off Business Starter, Business Standard or Business Plus for your first three months.
The codes are genuine Google promotion codes. Each one is unique, each one can only be used once, and ours are issued instantly from our own pool the moment you reveal them — no waiting on an email, no form-filling, no newsletter sign-up.
What you get
- Business Starter — 15% off for the first three months
- Business Standard — 15% off for the first three months
- Business Plus — 15% off for the first three months
Codes are for new Google Workspace customers and work in every country taking part in the Google promotion. One code per plan, per member — they're unique, so a code that's already been claimed can't be reused.
How to get your code
Head to the Google Workspace offer page and pick your plan. You'll need to be signed in to a free Slick Media account — that's what stops the pool being scraped and keeps codes available for people who actually intend to use them. Registration takes about twenty seconds.
- Open the Google Workspace offer page.
- Sign in or create a free account.
- Choose Starter, Standard or Plus and hit reveal. Give it a second — the system is pulling a unique code and marking it as yours.
- Your code and the sign-up link appear together. Keep the tab open.
How to apply the code at sign-up
The code goes in during checkout, not afterwards, so do this in one sitting:
- Start your free Google Workspace trial using the link on the offer page.
- Enter your business name, team size and country, then choose the same plan your code was issued for.
- Set up your Gmail address — either connect a domain you already own or buy one during sign-up.
- On the payment screen, look for “Have a promotion code?” and paste your code in. The discounted price should update before you confirm.
- Confirm. Billing starts after the 14-day trial, at the discounted rate for the first three months.
If the code doesn't apply, it's almost always one of three things: the plan doesn't match the code, the account isn't new, or the code has been pasted with a stray space on the end.
Is Google Workspace worth it?
For most small businesses, yes — largely because the alternative is stitching together email, storage, video calls and documents from four different suppliers. A Workspace subscription covers Gmail on your own domain, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Docs, Sheets and Slides, plus admin controls for adding and removing staff. Gemini is now bundled into the business plans, so AI help in Docs, Gmail and Meet comes as part of the price rather than as another line on the invoice.
Starter suits sole traders and very small teams. Standard is the one most businesses land on, mainly for the extra storage and longer meeting recordings. Plus is for larger teams that need enhanced security and eDiscovery. If you're undecided, read our full Google Workspace review.
Common questions
Do the codes expire?
Codes are drawn from a live pool tied to Google's current promotion. Once claimed, use yours reasonably promptly — the promotion terms, not us, set the deadline.
Can I use a code on an existing account?
No. Google restricts these to new Workspace customers.
Why do I need an account to see the code?
Because the codes are single-use and finite. Gating them means real users get working codes rather than a page full of ones already burnt through by bots.
Does it cost me anything extra?
No. You pay less than the list price; we may earn a commission from Google if you subscribe. That's the whole arrangement.
A note on independence: Slick Media is an active, authorised Google Workspace affiliate. This isn't a direct endorsement by Google, and we provide these codes under the terms of the Google Workspace promotion.
