How to sign up for a Free Google Workspace Trial and apply the Google Workspace Promotion Code

Signing up for a Free Google Workspace Trial and applying the Google Workspace promotion code under the Google Workspace Promotion is quick and easy. The process differs slightly between NorthAm & EMEA and LATAM & JAPAC but extensively follows these key steps: -

  1. To get started, provide your business name, number of employees, and country.
  2. Provide your contact information. Please note: whoever creates the account will be the admin.
  3. Select YES if you already have a business domain. If you don't have one, select NO and proceed to register a domain.
  4. Insert your domain name and choose Next.
  5. Opt to "Share great ideas with Google" - This screen only appears in certain regions.
  6. Create your username and password to sign in to your account and proceed to the payment process. 
  7. Sign in to the admin console using your newly created username and password. 
  8. The trial checkout process will prompt you to review and check out. You can choose to select a Flexible or Annual payment plan model. Apply the provided promotion code in this screen's 'Promotion code' boxesPlease note: Promotion codes cannot be applied retrospectively once the free trial signup is complete.
  9. A green message will appear to confirm the successful application of the promotion code. You will not see the discount reflected in the pricing on this screen in the upper right corner.
  10. Once the code is successfully applied, you will get a message in the grey text stating the x% off for 12 months. If you sign up for the annual plan, you will also receive a discount on top of the x% off from the promotion code. 
  11. A prompt will then ask you to add payment information; once added, click "Agree and continue". You have successfully started a free trial with a Google Workspace Promotion Code applied.
